My brother and I have decided to list our custom Beavertail Skiff (Osprey Model) 18' Skiff for sale. We are in absolutely no rush to sell the boat, so waiting for the right buyer isn't a problem for us! This skiff is rigged out with all kinds of options, it's definitely one of a kind. This is the most option loaded skiff that Beavertail has ever built. I'm going to do my best to try and list all of the options we have on it. My brother keeps and takes care of the boat at his place and knows more about it than I do, but here are the options / details on it.

    - Vented Tunnel Hull
    - 12V Minn Kota trolling motor
    - 6ft Power Pole (with 2 remotes)
    - Lenco Automatic Trim tabs with Gauge
    - Custom folding poling platform with rod holders
    - 60 HP Etec with stainless prop and scag guard
    - 2 big Etec Smart Gauges with fuel flow meters
    - Washdown
    - Bobs Hydraulic Jackplate
    - Livewell with rheostat trimmers and keepalive system
    - 60 qt Yeti Cooler with Custom Seat Cushion
    - 15 Gallon fuel tank
    - Two Optima Batteries
    - Two onboard chargers
    - Custom grab rail on helm
    - Windshield
    - CD Player with dash mounted remote control
    - Livorsi controls
    - Flush mounted rod holders
    - Custom casting platform with rod holders
    - Sea-dek on platforms, cockpit, and helmpad
    - Dual bilge pumps
    - All custom LED lights throughout
    - Aluminum trailer
    - Boat is Red, and has black powder coating on metal work
    - Boat is wired for Lowrance (We are most likely going to keep the machine we have, or if buyer wants it, we will add to the price of the boat).

Boat and trailer are 2009. Over $42,000 invested, asking price is $32,000.

The boat is ALWAYS garage kept, and meticulously cleaned after EVERY fishing trip! It is EXTREMELY fuel efficient. You can go over 120 miles on one tank of fuel, keeping the cost of your weekend fishing trips to a minimum! This boat will run in 3" of water, letting you get to places NO ONE ELSE can get to! For a 1-2 person skiff, this boat simply cannot be out-performed! Please let me know if you have any questions. I live in Ft. Myers, but the boat is kept in Lake Placid.

.... and no, red isn't my color... brother picked that! :)

Which option did you get that allows the boat to run in 3" of water?

You can actually take off and get on plane in about 10" of water.

hooknlinewebdesign, i can attest for the quality of the beavertail line. Beautiful boat, I wish I could have kept my b2. Guys please keep the comments to yourself, i am sure the seller would be willing to take a potential buyer our for a wet test to show the boats potential. There will always be a debate about who runs shallower or drafts this or that. Good luck with the sale.

10 inches doesn't seem possible to get on plane for anything but an airboat. I rode in a 1st gen beavertail and it was a nice boat.

Floridagoat - Thank you, and that's correct! We will take any serious buyer out for a drive in it.

We got this boat because of it's capabilities and its performance. Feel free to contact the makers, they will tell you it gets up on plane in 10" of water. And it DOES run in 3+ inches. I can tell you it doesn't run in 1-2 inches, because we've tried it :) ! After the 360 turnaround, I got out of the boat and we pushed it off of the flat. My ankles weren't even under water, and grass was out of the water, layed on its side.

If anyone wants info on the boat, please ask. If you just want to debate on what the boat can do, just PM me I guess!

If you dont have the financial means to buy this beautiful skiff why comment on a sale thread? You are just wasting your time and the sellers time.

That is a nice rig. You must like the original set-up because you didn't change anything from the older pics to the newer ones.

Once again, nice skiff and good luck with your sale.

Very happy with the way it was rigged! I don't believe we changed anything really... Other than adding some things here and there. We recently upgraded the Lowrance to an HDS 8" because something went out on our original unit.

A little "loud", but I'd still LOVE to have it... If only it was within my budget. Good luck with the sale if you haven't sold it already. Wish I could get into a B2, BT3 or Vengeance.
