My trailer came with Bearing Buddies and I’ve come to hate them. There’s no way to get fresh grease to the back bearings without blowing out the seal. I still have to replace the bearings virtually every time I repack them due to water intrusion. What the heck? Anyone happy with theirs?

Yep. Any new grease you squirt in is squirt out the back because of the spring. Total junk, good marketing.

8 weight, you are correct sir. And 1/2 ass at that. I Use them on my dry trailers. Better than hub cap . I usually pay less than $20 for the pair , don’t expect much. With hubs so cheap much easier to just replace. If your time is money, you’ll make out better in the long run. The older I get the more value I put on peace of mind ,& great peace in general . A Fishing rod helps !
