I use Action Marine for my Suzuki but I think they are a Mercury dealer also. They seem solid. I ran into submerged rocks did a bit of lower unit damage. They did a tear down checked everything and replaced a few damaged parts, got it back together, runs as new. They can get backed up this time of year but the turnaround was as they stated, 2-3 weeks. When they got to it, they called with the estimate and I picked it up 2-3 days later.
