In the middle of a complete rework on this 16' Apache. She was pretty beat up to start (read that "really cheap"), hehe. Started with rotten transom, rotten back seat, rotten front deck, gunnels cracked and beaten up, rub rail a total disaster. Should be a cool skiff when she's done. Adding a variety of stuff: Corner pieces so running lights can be mounted, heavy duty rubrail, beefed up gunnels, filled center keel "gutter", fold-flat cleats, swivel seating, battery in center seat compartment, bilge pump, socket for trolling motor on transom, dull green exterior GC, tan/brown interior GC, etc, etc, etc.
Will post more pics when she's done. The goal here is a multi-purpose fishing, hunting, crabbing boat for use around the Chesapeake.

Coming along nicely. Should be a capable craft for the Eastern Shore activities. Good luck with the rest of the project.

Finally getting around to posting the "after" pics. Lots of nifty changes: All stainless hardware. Wired in running lights with switch under the "shelf" between seats. Fold flat cleats and "No Knot" anchor line cleats front and back, Auto bilge pump. Sliding rear seat swivel. "Pop-up" front seat swivel with pedestal. Hull colors are custom flat finish gelcoat, NOT paint.
Color depthfinder/GPS. "Stern Saver" for transducer (no holes in the transom!). Battery in middle seat. Beefed up gunnels have "super duty" rubrail. Etc, Etc. Been using it all summer and I love the way she turned out!

PS: Runs like a striped ape with the Yammy 25! Also, filling the old keel gutter and adding a layer of glass to the whole floor stiffened her up nicely and makes walking around a breeze.
