After much thought and discussion with my wife, we have decided against building a skiff right now and are planning on getting on the list for an Ankona Cayenne sometime next year.

I have searched forums, facebook, and multiple other sources and have yet to see a picture of a Cayenne with a side console. Does anyone have one?

I assume its the same as the ones they put on the copperhead and shadowcast? I have read through all the Ankona related threads on here that I can find. Watched all the videos, and the Cayenne seems to fit our needs/wants well, while also being at a great price.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen a side console Cayenne either now that you mention it. Your best bet is to email Erin at Ankona. If there has ever been one built they would definitely have pictures. I bet she will respond within a matter of a couple hours, their customer service is the best in this business
I will do that now. Also posted in the ankona owners FB group. Thanks!

They don’t show a side console option on their website. They offer center, offset, or tiller. Give them a call I’m sure that it would be possible to have one built that way. I bet that it would look incredible and give that boat a lot more space.
My thoughts as well. I like having room. My gheenoe lt25 has a center box. While I like the storage space, it eats up alot of room on an already small skiff. While I know the Ankona is in a different league than a Gheenoe, the same applies, at least in my mind. I think a side console really opens up the cockpit. My only concerns are comfort on longer runs.
