After looking at several boats on a very limited budget, my dad and I finally found a boat to compliment my 18' hewes..... It is a 2460 trophy hardtop..... it has a volvo penta 225/280 outdrive and has a ton of fishing room in the rear. She is an oldie but a goodie being an 85' and she does have her issues that need to be addressed before hes ready for the big blue out yonder.... Pics will be coming shortly and I hope to detail the "restoration" so to speak.... Meanwhile, I am looking for a good mobile mechanic to work out a few minor issues with the outdrive/cables as Im not all that familiar with them.... If anyone has any reasonable recommendations down in the Miami/Perrine/Homestead area I would appreciate it...

I like to refer to them as MACRO SKIFFS,  doing more with more ;D
Maybe someone will take it and start a new forum

BTW, congrats and looking forward to resto and PICS!

The hardtop looks like a great place to tie up the gheenoe...

Congrats on the new boat. Sure looks like it'll be nice inside that pilot house on a rough/windy day.
