If this was in Florida it wouldn't last 2 hours let alone 2 days.

For those of you in FL, I am willing to meet you in Destin if you cover my Gas.

-I have had a number of questions on what I mean by "needs some work".

-She has some oyster rash on the hull

-She needs new actuator for port trim tab

-A snap is missing for a seat cushion

-I had a fly patch on console that fell of but left the backing.

I have also had a number of requests for more pictures so I have posted them below.

For some reason it doesn't show total hours when
Hooked up to computer. Using my math it would be about 150-200 hours. The outboard is serviced every year by Yamaha certified mechanic. Never had any engine problems.

How does it run with two guys in the back when crossing a little bay chop - dry? Rough?

She is a technical poling skiff. She is not designed for running in rough water. If you are looking for a rough water boat I would not look at technical skiffs, but rather more of a hybrid. I have had her out in some rough stuff and she did well. We did get wet.

For what she is made to do, I would venture to say there is not an 18ft 3 person skiff that can touch the Waterman's capabilities. At least from the skiffs I have been on.

Thanks. I had an original Glades skiff with a 20 Merc Jet and it just wasn't versatile enough when fishing POC. I've been thinking bigger boat that I can fish off the beach for tarpon, but still use for redfishing Galveston, POC, Padre, LA and FL. What is the perfect boat - hmmmmmm....?

I run my skiff off the beach plenty and she does great. As you know, Texas tarpon requires a lot of gas and a boat that can handle changing conditions.
