    Hi, TomFL and Marshman!
Mercury had an option for the 15 and the 25 2 stroke motors of a tilt and trim kit.  I have had them on all my Hells Bay boats since 1998, so it's not new, but I am not sure they are still being produced.  They retailed for around $700 or so, and this 2005 25 hp motor has a new kit from my old stock.  I have used it 2 times with the trim mounted.  The earlier version had a larger trim motor but the same size pump, which trimmed the motor a little faster than this, the last version.
Once you get used to tilt and trim it's hard to do without it!
So, here it is, the perfect 25 horsepower motor with a possibly irreplaceable trim and tilt.  Who is going to be the lucky one? :D
    Thank you for your interest!
