•Front deck was repaired last year where trolling motor mount was removed. Repair is 10/10 structurally but is slightly off-color from the rest of the deck.
•Cracks in paint at joint of rear bulkhead and floor / flexible floor – Like many no-liner boats, the floor structure is made entirely out of core, has no stringers, and flexes when running in chop. This has led to stress cracks at the joint between the rear bulkhead and the floor. I purchased the boat with these cracks, and they have not presented a problem in the 1.5 years that I have owned it.
•Lenco Trim Tab switch hole – There is a small hole and 4 bolt holes in the starboard gunnel aft of the grab bar. The Lenco switch that was mounted here malfunctioned the first time I took the boat out, so I removed it and retrofitted the tabs to toggle switches mounted in the rear cap edge. The gunnels are not cored, so no water intrusion has occurred due to the hole.
•Wear and tear – This boat has been fished hard for 10 years. Gelcoat is slightly faded, there are some stains on the deck and hull that won’t come out, the bottom has a few scratches, and there are a few dings.

Boat thread can be found here: http://www.microskiff.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1390955297. The Gladesmen is no longer in production. I bought this boat in December 2013 as a bare hull and trailer… It will run 14 mph with two people and an 8HP, and run 32+ mph solo with the 25HP. As many people know, the boat can be tippy, wet, and rough-riding. That being said, it is very versatile, unlike anything else, very fishy, and a lot of fun to run and pole.

Boat is located in South Miami. Boat and trailer are titled clean in my name. I can show the boat locally to anyone most evenings and weekends, and sea trial for anyone with cash in hand at Black Point Marina. I love this boat, and am only selling because I am moving into something slightly larger and don’t have a need for two skiffs. Asking $8,500.00 OBO as a ready-to-fish package. Please text or call Luke at Seven Eight Six – Two Five Nine – Three Five Eight Eight, or email 2005gladesmen@gmail.com.

Whatsup with the Tibor push pole caddy on the starboard gunnel? Assuming you have a specific reason for that location.

I installed it there prior to buying the platform, using one of the bolt holes from the grab rail bracket... I didn't want to drill any more holes in the boat, and it was in a location that wouldn't get in the way / get snagged on branches. I've always meant to install it on the platform, but never felt the need. It works nicely to hold the pole while landing a fish, as the boat lays sideways while drifting.

Bump - Call or message me with an offer. I am willing to separate the boat and motor if someone is interested in either... I need her out of the yard before the new boat arrives. 786-259-3588

Boat still runs great, catches fish, as of this past weekend... Lots of offers, but no one wants to follow through with it! Looking to make a great deal for someone.

Boat was sold pending funds, lined up to deliver Friday, but the buyer just bailed. New boat is coming on Saturday. I'm willing to give someone a great deal, and separate the hull/trailer and engine to get this boat out of my yard. Call or text! 7862593588
