With no gear or fishermen, I would say about 10-12 inches.  I mainly do fly-fishing so my live-wells are usually empty and not adding weight to the stern.  It's pretty versatile in that it can do the backcountry and will also cut through the bay with an amazingly dry ride.  2 batteries for the TM are mounted up front to displace the weight better while the third is in the center console, thereby eliminating as much dead weight as possible from the stern.

Wow, my '01 155 is only rated for a 60HP, I bet that thing flies with the 75.

I'll second the dry ride.  I can pole almost as far back as my friend who mans a 15T, but stay a lot drier and more comfortable  :)

75hp is the max rating for this '04 and it really does fly. The hull design on these BayCrafts is top notch. Super dry and shallow. Pete Lopez and his crew know what they're doing. Thanks for your comments and for looking.

-Looking at a possible move soon and I don't use it enough to justify holding on to it. This is a good little deal for anyone who can take advantage of it.
