    Ron,
I would actually keep this motor of I though I could refit with steering for the tri-toon. I don't need the "Lilly Pad" to haul a$$ - just push along.

Do you know if there is an aftermarket kit?

I'm almost positive you can get a kit (or parts). Call your local yami dealer to see and ask for the part number. Then I'll give you a dealer that gives 10% off. I know they sell the kit to add so it would only make sense to go the other way. I'm willing to bet Central FL Marine does it all the time.

    Ron,
    I just had a realization.....it's got no trim/tilt? On the 'noe it's not a problem, on a tri-toon - I want it.

I'll probably throw it on Ebay.....if it doesn't sell local.

If your going to use it in Zello you want aftermarket CNC which will allow the motor to kick up when you "smash" the rocks. Factory TNT locks the motor down - not goot when playing in the rock garden. ;)

But that's just my .000000000000000002 sense

    137 lbs.....about 20 lbs heavier than a 2 stroke.
