What year is the motor and hours?

Hello, the Skiff and engine are 2002 titled in 2003. The Merc has very low hours .it was for private use,no charters. I dont have an hour meter on it but I bet it doesnt even have 400 hours on it. It is maintained by Skips Marine( he is the best Merc mechanic on the Gulf Coast).

I believe these motors were made with two lower units, a so called "big foot" and a standard. The former would turn a bigger prop. Which? Maybe I need educated. Has a recent compression test been preformed?
