I have a 2002 Carolina Skiff J-12 with a 1999 Mercury 15hp EH tiller short shaft motor (also have parts to make a long shaft). Boat haas front deck 2 small side seats and 1 large back seat. Swivel seat on back seat adn front pedestal seat with trolling motor. Trailer in pretty good shape with new lights. Will seperte fr someone interested. But expect a fair split if you are asking. Boat ($600), motor ($1100), trailer ($300), trolling motor ($100) package for $2000
