-One of the original Hell's Bay Boatworks Whipray 16.

-HB’s first model year in 1998 built by Flip Pallot, Hal Chittum and Chris Morejohn. Completely restored from bow to stern in August of 2012 by Tom Gordon of Islemarine. (invoices available to show work completed)

-This is a delicately restored HB Whipray built strong and ultra-light. A seriously fishy skiff for the discriminating owner who would like to have a classic hull with a new fit and finish, but not the time to DIY or orchestrate and manage a complete re-furb project.

    A few of the highlights:

    -1998 Whipray 16 Islamorda
-Guide Green Hull, Snow White Deck (smooth), Guide Green Non-skid
-2012 Suzuki 60 four stroke engine about 80hrs
-Custom glassed in transom riser to accomodate a 20" lower unit
    -Loadmaster Aluminum Trailer
-Tall side console with console extension with Garmin 546 GPS bracket
-New poling tower custom built to accomodate the new larger engine giving full trim/tilt range.
-Alwgrip paint in lockers and non-skid
    -Large Forward dry storage
-Piano hinges installed on hatches for clean lines and deck
    -Removable Casting Platform
-Livorsi LED Shark Eye Nav Lights
-12vt 55lb thrust Minn Kota iPilot Trolling System with quick release puck, Battery on custom shelf in forward hatch
-Pro Mariner Pro Sports Onboard Charger 2 bank
    -Odyssey Batteries
-Forward and Aft Rod Tubes both Port & Starboard
-Low Flat Floor with drainage to bilge sump
-Crustacean Crevice plumbed for livewell with pump, portside aft
    -airstone bubbler
    -Large Aft dry storage locker
    -12vt outlet on console
    -pop-up push pole holder
    -LED Cockpit lights
I am sure I have forgotten a few things or didn’t specify something so feel free to ask a question.

    Price: $35,500

Much more money was invested into this project to complete it so for someone that is thinking about taking a professional skiff restoration project on, this would be a great option to look at to save a lot of time and expense.

For those asking why the sale, I have taking up Tarpon fishing in bigger water and will be better suited to fish out of a full V-hull skiff that performs better in those open water conditions. The HB Biscayne will do just that for me.

I will not be checking this post readily for questions pertaining to the sale so please email with any questions you may have regarding the Whipray for sale.

    Thanks.

I saw most of the redo on that skiff. It's gorgeous and a bargain at that price! The pictures really don't do it justice.

What number is the hull? It is numbered on the underside of the deck in the fore peak. Mine is #3

    Good luck
