I got one last year and still getting used to it (and being a boater). Worried I might have stringer issues. Steers like a barge it seems. Great boat to fish from. Lots of deck space.
Yeah I love mine. Not the best riding in heavier chop but if trimmed right it does good enough for me. Mine steers ok going forward but in reverse you can forget it if there’s any wind.
I trim my motor up a lot and it helps in reverse. Otherwise, I think the water going under the boat just raises into the tunnel and the boat just goes mostly straight back.
