The boat is not an original Dolphin. The hull was homemade by the previous owner. He added sponsons to the stern for more flotation because he was a larger man. All of that being said, the boat rides just like an original Dolphin. I have fished this boat for almost 2 years now and have been extremely happy with the way it performs. This boat has been used for fly fishing only and has been kept inside an air conditioned garage the whole time I have owned it. This skiff fishes very shallow and will pole in 6-7 inches loaded down with 2 guys, fuel, and gear.

The motor is a 2005 40HP Yamaha tiller. The hours are unknown but I have put roughly 120 hours on it personally and have had zero problems with it except for a spun hub which was just repaired. She’ll run 33mph wide open loaded down with 2 guys, fuel, gear etc. The fuel tank is roughly 14 gallons. This boat has only fished the 10k islands and can run from goodland to Chokoloskee and back with a half a tank of fuel to spare.

There is a small livewell (about 10 gallons) that was built in front of the grab bar and plenty of dry storage forward aft with an on-board 2 bank battery charger. There is white under gunnel LED lighting and batteries that are a year old. Boat comes with a galvanized trailer with LED lights. I have a casting platform for the boat as well.

Not included with the boat are the GPS, and push pole, and yeti cooler. Also there are a few small scratches on the port side from a trailer mishap as well as a couple of the patches on a few hatches have broken off but can easily be replaced. All in all, this boat has been nothing short of awesome during the time I have owned it.
