I have a skimmer skiff that I can't quite get to run how I'd like. It rides very flat. Actually a little bow down. I have a 1995 suzuki dt30c on the back of it with a bobs mini versa jack. The boat has a built in hook in the stern. I guess the boat was meant to have a 20hp on it or something like that. All the weight is in the back of the boat. Depending on how I trim it and use the jack plate it almost wants to pick the bow up but not quite. I was wondering if a prop with more bow lift could help ?

I have the same boat with the same problem, I would trim the motor back a little further. I am unsure of that motor and your options but mine is almost on the farthest notch back. A picture of the motor mount and I could help a little more.
